Furthermore, guests were unhappy with facilities like slippers being charged at £2.00, as they believed it should be provided free of charge in a four-star hotel. Some guests felt that the hotel was not value for money or worth the expensive price tag. Overall, the Lakeside Park Hotel & Spa needs to improve in some areas to provide guests with the luxury experience one expects from a four-star rating.
