Hotel Robert's Port has garnered significant feedback from its guests, particularly regarding its status as a four-star establishment. Many reviews suggest that the hotel does not meet the expectations typically associated with its rating. Guests frequently note that both the facilities and services fall short of the standards one might anticipate from a hotel with such a classification. Criticisms highlight that the facilities could benefit from a refresh and that the overall experience does not align with the price and number of stars. The consensus among these reviews is that the hotel's current state prompts questions about how it maintains its four-star status.
