House Smajić provides fair value for money for a single night stay and is good enough for a stay of 2 nights. It is a simple hotel with a beautiful location, overlooking the port/bay and sea. The staff are very welcoming and the room is clean and tidy, albeit a bit small. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there is shared kitchen equipment available to prepare your own. However, the hotel may not be suitable for families with young children who use a stroller due to the many stairs and the distance from the center. The hotel is located on a narrow road, which may be a challenge for some guests. While the accommodation is functional, some guests feel that it is overpriced and should not cost more than 35€ per night. Despite this, guests overall appreciate the beautiful location and friendly staff.

The accommodation is nestled in an old building, featuring cozy, albeit small, rooms that serve as a practical choice for those passing through. While reaching the property involves a somewhat challenging climb, and clear directions could enhance the arrival experience, the overall price-performance ratio is highly regarded by guests. Although parking comes with an additional fee, the overall cost of staying at Rooms Monika is appreciated as a reasonable expense for budget-conscious travelers.
