The location is top-notch as it is central within walking distance to the train station which provides easy access to Knebworth and London. The hotel also offers convenient access to a variety of shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy the Saturday market and the lovely English breakfast to start the day. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The hotel is situated on the main street which gives the hotel an excellent location. Despite some minor issues such as the trains sometimes being a nightmare and some rooms being located separately, guests overall had a great stay at the hotel in a lovely, friendly place.
