The heated pools offer fun water activities and guests can even use the water sports equipment for free. Although some felt that the pools were small and a bit crowded, many still loved the little pool by the ocean which was very enjoyable, especially during hot tub sessions at sunset. The friendly and knowledgeable guy working at the pool area is a plus, however, the pool seating was limited and there were no fresh towels available. It's worth noting that pools don't open until 9 am so early birds will have to wait a bit. While some thought the pool areas were okay, kids loved the pools and the neglect of the pool area didn't bother them as much.
