The staff is exceptional and positive, making guests feel welcome and taken care of. The rooftop pool and bar are a major highlight, providing an elevated experience for visitors with a stunning view of the city. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, some guests found the rooms to be small, congested or lacking certain amenities and there were some concerns about cleanliness and maintenance issues. The breakfast option was also found to be expensive by some guests. The parking situation was mixed with some finding it overpriced and others appreciating having valet parking as an option.
