Guests loved the pool area and deck, although they noted that there were limited shaded areas and suggested that additional sun umbrellas and replacement sunbeds would be a welcome addition. The pool bar wasn't open, but guests appreciated the regular evening buffets brought indoors. The only downside was that it was sometimes hard to find staff at the bars, especially at the one in the pool area and in many cases, guests waited over 10 minutes to get a drink.
