The inclusion of both sweet and savory choices has been praised and the breakfast spread often reflects traditional Italian standards, augmented with fresh products and friendly service. However, there are a few common suggestions for improvement. Some guests noted that the breakfast could be more varied with specific desires for additional fresh fruit options. Additionally, the 8:00 AM start time for breakfast service was noted as a bit late for those needing an early start to their day. The rooftop terrace remains a unique and appealing aspect of the breakfast experience, enhancing the meal with its beautiful views of Rome. Despite a few areas for potential enhancement, the overall consensus is that the breakfast service at Navona Queen Rooftop is a delightful component of the stay, combining great food with an unbeatable location.

Guests have highlighted its excellent cuisine, making it a convenient dining option for those staying at the hotel. The central location of the hotel further enhances its appeal, providing easy access to various dining and sightseeing options. Guests at Navona Queen Rooftop have shared mixed experiences regarding the hotel's WiFi. While some praised the WiFi for being stable, fast and providing excellent coverage throughout the property, others had a less satisfactory experience. Several guests noted that the WiFi signal was good and reliable in certain areas of the building, reflecting positive feedback on its overall performance in shared spaces. However, many reviews indicated that the WiFi in the rooms was often weak, intermittent or entirely nonfunctional, which raised concerns about its reliability for private use.
