Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
The Vicentina Hotel has received mixed reviews when it comes to its four-star rating, facilities and services. A significant number of guests have expressed disappointment, suggesting that the hotel does not live up to a four-star standard. Reviewers frequently noted that the facilities were non-modern with relatively simple equipment that did not match what one would expect from a hotel of this category. Additionally, some guests felt that the breakfast room's ambiance resembled that of a train station hall and weak soundproofing was also a commonly mentioned issue.
However, there are a few guests who believe the hotel absolutely deserves its four-star rating, highlighting that it met their expectations. During the pandemic, the restaurant was understandably not operational, which might have influenced some of the more critical reviews.
Overall, while the Vicentina Hotel has some supporters, a significant portion of reviews suggests that it falls short of the four-star standard, particularly in terms of facilities and soundproofing.
