Hotel Flora in Frascati garners positive reviews for its exceptional location, making it an ideal base for exploring both the local attractions and nearby Rome. Guests appreciate the scenic views over Rome and the easy access to the train station, ensuring a perfect balance between city exploration and a tranquil stay.
The breakfast experience at Hotel Flora is generally well-regarded. Visitors enjoy a wide selection of quality items, including fresh produce, assorted breads and pancakes. Nevertheless, consistency in quality and the limited availability of gluten-free options have been pointed out as areas needing improvement.
The hotel's rooms are often described as spacious, stylish and comfortable with many featuring beautiful views and unique touches like frescoed ceilings. However, some guests note that while the rooms are generally clean and well-maintained, certain areas and furnishings appear dated and in need of refurbishment. Cleanliness remains a highlight, though inconsistencies in bathroom maintenance have been mentioned.
Staff at Hotel Flora receive high praise for their friendliness and professionalism. From reception to housekeeping, the team is commended for their accommodating and attentive service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
Parking at the hotel, although limited in spaces, is seen as a convenient feature, especially for those who manage to secure a spot.
Despite some amenities and services not meeting the four-star expectations—such as the lack of room service on Sundays and the need for modern amenities—the overall hospitality and the advantageous location leave a generally positive impression on guests. However, issues with inconsistent WiFi connectivity and certain dated facilities are noted as areas needing attention for future improvements.
In summary, Hotel Flora offers an appealing stay with its excellent location, friendly staff and attractive room features, although some enhancements in amenities and consistency could further elevate the guest experience.
