The breakfast at Hotel One Bhurban is generally well-received, with a variety of options ranging from traditional English to flavorful desi dishes. Families particularly enjoy the breakfast offerings, supported by outstanding service, notably from Mr. Saqib Abbasi. Suggestions for improvement include expanding the variety and extending breakfast hours to accommodate late risers.
Dinner at the hotel garners praise for good food quality, though some diners find the pricing on the higher side. While the taste remains satisfactory, guests have encountered occasional issues with food quality control and unexpected charges for snacks. Dining options benefit from nearby meal discounts at PC Bhurban, adding value to the experience.
The hotel's rooms are noted for their clean, spacious, and comfortable environment, complete with tasteful decor and, in some cases, stunning mountain views. While overall room service is commendable, minor issues such as occasional noise and odors on lower levels have been reported. Nevertheless, the exceptional courtesy of the staff contributes positively to the room experience.
Cleanliness in Hotel One Bhurban is generally commendable, with guests appreciating tidy accommodations and well-maintained bathrooms. However, some inconsistency in cleanliness, particularly the occasional presence of unpleasant odors and maintenance concerns, such as torn curtains and mosquitoes, has been noted.
