Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Super 8 by Wyndham Manhattan KS enjoys praise for its strategic location, conveniently situated near dining, entertainment venues, essential facilities and popular events. The breakfast offerings receive mixed reviews, but many guests appreciate the variety of continental options like waffles, biscuits and gravy and the consistent restocking of items. The rooms are often noted for their comfortable and inviting beds, supported by helpful amenities at a reasonable price and a smooth check-in process with friendly staff, particularly highlighted by an employee named Ricky.
While some guests noted cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as dirty carpets, unpleasant odors and outdated interiors, many others found the rooms clean and functional. Common areas such as public bathrooms and hallways sometimes suffer from a lack of maintenance, but overall, positive remarks about the hotel's cleanliness do surface. Staff interactions are largely favorable with many reviewers emphasizing the friendly and accommodating nature of the employees, enhancing the overall guest experience.
In summary, Super 8 by Wyndham Manhattan KS offers excellent location benefits, comfortable beds and a generally positive staff experience, although it may have some areas for improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
