Hotel Acapulco presents a mix of experiences according to guest reviews. On the positive side, some guests appreciate the provision of amenities such as robes and towels, which is not commonly found in many four-star establishments. The hotel has undergone recent renovations, suggesting efforts to maintain and update its facilities. However, several guests express concerns about the overall quality, particularly regarding room furnishings and bathrooms, which many feel fall short of a four-star standard. There are criticisms that the hotel struggles to meet even a two-star benchmark.
