The design and décor of the pool area are great and the pool facilities are excellent. You can even reserve pool timings, but be aware that on some occasions, non-guests use the pool creating a daily party atmosphere. There is also a smaller indoor pool and a lovely water tower. However, the management needs to work on maintaining the pool area as there were instances when the pool was shut or not open/filled with water. Additionally, some guests had difficulties accessing the rooftop pool as they had to make reservations first and there were age restrictions on when minors could use the pool. Despite these issues, Arlo Williamsburg's rooftop pool and bar have a great vibe making it the perfect spot for parties and special occasions.
