Conveniently situated near main highways, the hotel offers easy access to São Paulo and nearby events, making it a favorable stop for travelers by car. The general atmosphere of the hotel is considered tidy and pleasant, contributing to a cozy environment. The staff consistently receive high praise for their politeness, attentiveness and efficiency with specific commendations for the receptionists like Vitória and Amanda and the bar team, reflecting a strong commitment to hospitality.
The breakfast offerings receive mixed reactions. Many guests appreciate the variety of options and the accommodating staff, though some find the cost high and the replenishment of items lacking. The rooms are described as comfortable, modern and cozy, albeit somewhat compact. Issues such as insufficient lighting, noisy beds and occasional maintenance problems are noted by some guests, though these do not overshadow the general sense of satisfaction.
