Although some guests were disappointed when the pool was closed during their stay, the majority highly recommended it and even reserved cabanas for a more luxurious experience. The attentive staff in the pool area also received positive feedback. Overall, guests feel at home at this resort and enjoy the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
