Location

Nestled in a convenient and vibrant area, Jugglers Backpack offers travelers an excellent location that caters to various interests in Pune. Situated near the Pune railway station, this hostel provides easy access to transportation and proximity to notable landmarks, including the Osho ashram and leisure areas. Guests appreciate the lively neighborhood, with an array of shops, restaurants, and eateries within a short walking distance, making it an ideal choice for exploring the city. The property itself maintains a calm atmosphere despite being in a prime central location, offering a cozy and well-maintained environment. The friendly and helpful staff add to the overall positive experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for. With its clean rooms and decent common area, Jugglers Backpack proves to be a budget-friendly option without compromising on convenience or quality. Whether seeking relaxation or adventure, guests will find themselves well-placed to enjoy the best Pune has to offer, making this hostel a worthy choice for travelers.

Breakfast

Jugglers Backpack offers a complimentary breakfast to its guests, and overall, the feedback is quite favorable, with many guests appreciating the offering. A good number of visitors found the breakfast to be tasty and of good quality, often highlighting particular items like the poha and chai latte. The simplicity of the breakfast is frequently mentioned, with descriptors ranging from simple and good to superb, indicating satisfaction with the basic fare provided. However, there are some areas noted for improvement. Some guests have pointed out that the breakfast lacks variety and can be somewhat light. There are a few comments suggesting the quality and quantity of the food could be enhanced. Additionally, the timing of the breakfast service has been a point of contention, with a few guests mentioning that the late start is inconvenient, particularly for those with early morning plans. While the breakfast at Jugglers Backpack receives generally positive reviews, with taste and satisfaction being common themes, the inclusion of more options and better timing could further enhance the experience for guests.

Rooms

Jugglers Backpack offers a mixed experience when it comes to its accommodations. Many travelers appreciate the modern and well-maintained bathrooms, which stand out as a positive aspect of the rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms varies, with some guests finding them clean and quiet, while others note issues such as leaking ceilings and dirty walls. Beds receive mixed reviews, with some visitors describing them as comfy and cozy, while others believe they're less than pristine. The air-conditioned rooms tend to be better maintained than their non-air-conditioned counterparts. Room size can be deceiving, as some visitors feel the advertised size differs from reality, which leaves the private rooms feeling quite small compared to expectations. Despite some drawbacks, the overall environment is generally perceived as good, with courteous staff contributing positively to the experience. The hostel offers a suitable option for travelers seeking a comfortable and clean place to stay, provided they are mindful of differing room conditions.

Beds

Jugglers Backpack offers a mixed experience when it comes to their beds. Guests have praised the beds for being clean, practical, and cozy, with several reviews noting that the bedding is good and well-maintained. However, there are inconsistencies, as some guests encountered issues with cleanliness, such as unchanged bed sheets and pillow covers. While some found the beds comfy, others were less satisfied with the comfort of the mattresses. Despite the varied opinions on bed comfort, the hostel boasts a prime location and friendly staff, which may appeal to travelers looking for practicality and convenience.

Cleanliness

Jugglers Backpack offers a mixed experience when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene. The property generally receives praise for having clean and comfortable spaces, particularly within dorm areas where the beds and showers are often described as clean and satisfactory. Several guests commend the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, suggesting that they are often tidy and up to expected standards. However, there are notable discrepancies in the overall cleanliness, especially in shared facilities. Some reviews highlight issues such as bathrooms being consistently wet and mirrors being dirty. The open kitchen on the roof appears to be undergoing renovation and demonstrates signs of neglect, impacting the overall impression of hygiene. Additionally, there are concerns regarding the changing of sheets and pillow covers prior to check-in, and the limited number of bathrooms might contribute to occasional lapses in cleanliness. While the property maintains a clean and comfortable environment in some areas, attention to hygiene across all facilities could enhance the overall guest experience at Jugglers Backpack.

Staff

Jugglers Backpack has received varied feedback concerning its staff, with many guests emphasizing positive experiences. The majority of reviews praise the staff for being extraordinarily friendly and helpful, showcasing an admirable level of attentiveness. These commendations highlight the team's willingness to assist and offer guidance, contributing to a welcoming and hospitable environment. Several guests appreciated the reception staff for addressing queries patiently, noting their polite and friendly demeanor. Such commendations reveal a staff that appears genuinely interested in ensuring guest satisfaction. However, not all reviews are glowing; a few guests reported less favorable interactions, describing some staff members as unresponsive or occasionally rude. There were instances where guests felt neglected, with specific remarks about reception staff being more engaged in their mobile phones than attending to them. Overall, many guests seemed inclined to recommend Jugglers Backpack, driven by positive staff encounters. While there are areas for improvement in consistency, the general consensus suggests friendly and kind staff who are eager to make stays enjoyable.

Wi-Fi

Jugglers Backpack offers a variety of amenities to enhance the experience, and the availability of wifi is notable. Many guests have commented on the overall excellence of the wifi, describing it as good and highlighting that both the air conditioning and wifi were functioning optimally. The hostel's location, combined with internet access and friendly staff, adds to its appeal for travelers seeking connectivity and convenience. Some reviews mention that while the wifi strength may vary or sometimes be slow, particularly in non-air-conditioned rooms, it generally meets the basic needs for browsing and staying connected. Overall, visitors find the internet service satisfactory, complementing the hostel's other offerings such as hot showers.
