The staff and structure are truly exceptional and it's the best 5-star hotel in the area. The hotel is modern and fully deserving of its five stars. The breakfast service is the only slight letdown, but the food is excellent otherwise and the cleanliness, friendly staff and location are all superb. The accommodation is beautiful and very clean with lovely staff who make you feel welcome. People have had an excellent wow factor experience and the hotel is regarded as a phenomenal, sensational and even a dreamlike place to stay. Guests have felt extremely comfortable in the hotel and they definitely recommend it. The hotel's only downside is that the breakfast spread is a bit limited for a five-star hotel. Some people have had to pay for specific breakfast items like eggs or water, which is unusual for a five-star hotel. Despite that, the hotel still has everything you could want and more from a five-star experience. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in Cagliari, we highly recommend Palazzo Doglio.
