Juan is especially worth mentioning for his excellent service. However, smoking in the pool area without a designated area is terrible and the staff tends to prefer one type of guest over others. The cleanliness of the pools could be better and more food options around the pool area would be much appreciated. One more thing to note is that the pool does close at 8 pm, so plan your day accordingly.
