While marketed as a four-star hotel, LH Hotel Gold does not fully meet the expectations associated with this rating. Many guests noted that the quality of food, especially breakfast and dinner, was modest and average, falling short of what one would anticipate from a four-star establishment. Additionally, the overall standards, including facilities and services, were not aligned with the four-star classification, often compared more accurately to a three-star level.
