The pool area at Hotel Czarny Potok Resort SPA & Conference is well-maintained and features both indoor and outdoor options, catering primarily to families with children. Guests appreciate the nicely equipped and spacious pool area, which includes various water jets and offers scenic views, especially to the forest. Children's enjoyment is evident, as there are separate pools dedicated to young swimmers, including a shallow paddling pool. The outdoor pool, particularly praised for its ambiance and fun factor and the extended pool hours from 07:00 to 23:00, add to the overall positive experience.
While clean and atmospheric, the pool can feel small and may become crowded, particularly during peak times. Some visitors noted that the water can be cold and there were occasional issues with dirty towels and difficulty in accessing certain pool features due to staff limitations. Despite these minor drawbacks, the facilities, which also include a jacuzzi, sauna and salt cave, are generally considered top-notch and contribute to a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
For those looking for a quieter experience, adults may prefer the separate sauna sections and other amenities like mini golf and billiards. The pool's allure, enhanced by thoughtful designs and a family-friendly environment, generally meets guests' expectations for a fulfilling holiday retreat.

Many guests appreciate the option to swim daily and the overall pleasant experience is often highlighted. The pool's size and availability are consistently mentioned, although some guests wish the water were warmer and had longer opening hours. Hotel Prezydent Krynica Zdrój offers guests a mixed experience when it comes to its pool facilities. Generally, visitors appreciate the high standards and cleanliness of the pool area. The large pool, accompanied by a jacuzzi and saunas, consistently meets expectations and provides a pleasant daily retreat. Guests particularly enjoy the spacious and beautiful design of the pool, which is often practically empty, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful swim.
However, the pool area does have its drawbacks. Several guests have noted that the water temperature is uncomfortably cold, both in the pool and jacuzzi, which can somewhat diminish the overall experience. It is also worth noting that the pool is available only upon explicit request and opens late in the afternoon at 3 PM, which may not be convenient for all guests. Additionally, there have been mentions of some needed renovations, such as fallen mosaics, indicating areas where maintenance could be improved.
Despite these minor issues, the pool, along with the saunas and overall facilities, receives frequent recommendations from visitors who appreciate the combination of a great location, quieter ambiance and knowledgeable staff.
