The only downside is the lack of accessibility for people with mobility issues, as only one of the pools has a gradual entry. Additionally, there is no pool heating, which can make swimming uncomfortable during the colder months. Despite this, the pools are clean and well-maintained with plenty of space to relax surrounded by palm trees. Guests would like to see more snack options at the pool, but overall, having different pool options to choose from was fantastic.
