Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
The 'Hotel Excelsior' is generally recognized as a noteworthy four-star hotel, praised by guests for its great facilities and staff. Notably, the breakfast offering is described as impeccable and the early-season value is highlighted as remarkable for a hotel of this caliber. Many reviewers consider it one of the best four-star hotels they've encountered, celebrating a certain superior class that distinguishes it.
However, there are some areas where the experience falls short of expectations. Cleanliness is a recurring concern with some guests expecting a higher standard for a four-star hotel. The breakfast, while appreciated by some, is critiqued by others as not meeting a four-star level. Overall quality and room spaciousness are also points of contention with several reviews indicating that the hotel feels too simple with limited choices and less spacious rooms than anticipated. Additionally, there is some disappointment over the lack of certain amenities, such as a swimming pool, which is often expected in hotels of this rating.
In summary, while the 'Hotel Excelsior' delivers in many areas befitting its four-star status, there are notable gaps that leave some guests wanting more for the price.
