Cleanliness and room facilities were also frequently noted as not meeting four-star standards with specific mentions of dirty sinks and unclear room cleaning policies.
The general quality of services and facilities received mixed feedback; while some praised the hotel's four-star service quality and amenities, others felt that these aspects were subpar. Issues such as low-quality toilet paper and tissues and insufficient room facilities were highlighted as areas needing improvement.
