Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Sand Pebble Motor Lodge is highly praised for its prime location, cleanliness, inviting atmosphere, and attentive staff, making it a favorite among travelers seeking beachside convenience combined with relaxation. The lodge is perfectly situated near the sandy shores and vibrant boardwalk, allowing guests easy access to local attractions. The hotel's rooms are consistently described as spotless and updated, offering comfort with spacious accommodations and essential amenities. Although some bathrooms are small, the cleanliness and modern touches outweigh this minor drawback. Guests enjoy the pleasant pool area, noted for its crystal-clear water and poolside snack shack, featuring delightful offerings from Joe and Fran's grill.
The on-site dining options enhance the experience, providing a convenient breakfast service by the heated pool, appreciated by many for its quality and affordability. Reviews consistently highlight the friendly and accommodating staff, contributing to the lodge's warm atmosphere and ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for. Staff members, particularly a younger woman who shares local dining insights, are recognized for going above and beyond to provide excellent service, creating a family-like environment.
While the bedding receives mixed reviews, with some guests finding the beds and pillows in need of improvement, others manage a restful sleep. Overall, Sand Pebble Motor Lodge is celebrated for its excellent combination of location, cleanliness, and hospitality, offering a pleasant stay for those seeking both accessibility and relaxation.

Hershey Motel offers a convenient and affordable option for travelers seeking a no-frills stay near the ocean. Guests appreciate the ease of access and the motel's consistent efforts in upgrading the facility, despite its dated appearance. The motel features both a regular pool and a kiddie pool, making it a favorable choice for families. Rooms come equipped with small refrigerators and microwaves, adding to the overall convenience. However, some guests have noted issues such as a mildew smell and the lack of open dining amenities during their stay.
