Some guests have praised the buffet, the diversity of cocktails and the fantastic restaurants (especially the Italian one). There are also plenty of options to rest and relax around the hotel and the staff are generally friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, close to town but still surrounded by lush trees and plants. However, there are many issues with the all-inclusive package, such as additional charges for certain things that should be included, limited drinks and food options (especially for vegetarians/vegans) and a lack of quality in the buffet. Some customers have also complained about the used car salesman-style upselling when they arrived and the lack of information provided about the all-inclusive package. Nevertheless, there are still positives to be found, as many guests enjoyed the various amenities and facilities provided. Ultimately though, some people feel that the hotel falls short of what a true all-inclusive resort should offer.
