The bilingual team is always willing to help and provide excellent service. The pool is a standout feature of the hotel with guests praising its beauty and great features. It is open 24/7 and a complimentary shuttle service is provided to a nearby beach club. While some guests suggested improvements in maintenance and concerns about crowding with children, overall, the pool is considered nice and beautiful. Guests found the pool to be heavenly and divine.
