While the beach is accessed by a steep and rocky dirt path, guests have found the walk pleasant and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is located close to many other lovely beaches in the area. However, some guests have noted that the hotel is situated on a hill and may not be suitable for those who have mobility problems or families with young children. Despite this, the hotel is in a great location for exploring the south of Fuerteventura and is well-connected to major highways. Overall, guests have enjoyed the hotel's picturesque location with excellent views and a peaceful atmosphere.

Unfortunately, COVID restrictions meant that some of the spa facilities were not available. Nonetheless, guests enjoyed the Thalasso area and despite some hiccups, the spa was a positive part of the Alua Village Fuerteventura - All Inclusive experience.

While one outdoor pool was under maintenance during our stay, the other crystal-clear pools were well-maintained and perfect for swimming, even in cooler temperatures as they are not heated. The pool area also boasts stunning views and a thalasso zone for relaxation. Many guests commented on the size and cleanliness of the outdoor pools, describing them as incredible and marvelous. Despite a few mentions of a leaking roof and non-working sauna, the outdoor pool facilities were a highlight of our stay.
