Although there were some small issues with cleanliness and maintenance, overall the hotel is beautiful, clean and historic. Under pandemic conditions, the hotel provided a delightful stay, however, some guests feel that the amenities were not at the level of a 4/5 star hotel and the price could have been lower. But despite some negative comments, most guests had a wonderful experience and recommend this beautiful hotel for a night out in Pittsburgh.
