Hotel Pichlmayrgut has elicited a mix of feedback regarding its four-star rating with some guests expressing satisfaction while others note discrepancies in standards. Highlights include the delivery of both still and sparkling water, enhancing the guest experience with specific preferences. Despite these thoughtful touches, several reviews indicate that the overall room quality and facilities fall short of expectations for a four-star establishment with some even suggesting these aspects do not reach the standards of a two-star property.
Critiques often mention the absence of amenities such as minibars and air conditioning, which are typically expected in a hotel of this category. Additionally, some guests find the facilities somewhat outdated, impacting their perception of value for money. While the property does aim to provide a four-star experience, it appears there are areas needing improvement to consistently meet the standards associated with this rating.
