Location

Leano Agriresort boasts an amazing location, surrounded by breathtaking views and serene countryside surroundings. While not for passer-bys due to its location, it is a beautiful and quiet place to stay and relax. The resort is very well kept with great facilities, including a pool area. It is located close to places of major interest, such as Villa Romana Del Casale, making it a great place to explore the area. The location is surrounded by nature and positioned strategically just outside of Piazza Armerina. The resort is immersed in the beautiful greenery of the countryside and offers a peaceful haven for its guests.

Breakfast

Leano Agriresort offers a delicious and varied breakfast that is always fresh and prepared with care, according to guest reviews. While there were some comments about a lack of savory options, most guests still enjoyed the homemade cakes and sweets that were provided in abundance. The breakfast also included bread, cheese, eggs and other protein options, though some felt that the bakery choices could have been expanded. The restaurant service is Impeccable and simply fabulous. Overall, the food at Leano Agriresort is delicious and guests can try local cuisine at a reasonable price.

Rooms

Leano Agriresort offers a very nice stay for families with child-friendly amenities. The majority of the rooms are spacious, clean and have comfortable mattresses and pillows. Although some rooms are small, the decor is beautiful and carefully thought out. Some guests had issues with noise from adjoining rooms or events held in the restaurant, but this was not a common complaint. The outdoor area is lovely but the children's playground was deemed dangerous by some guests. However, our stay was positively enhanced by stunning views of the surrounding hills and wildlife sounds. While some guests experienced issues with faulty switches, small showers and infrequent towel changes, overall, the rooms were comfortable and convenient. If you encounter any issues, the staff at Leano Agriresort are quick to respond and helpful.

Cleanliness

Leano Agriresort is a wonderful and clean resort with spacious and comfortable rooms. The team keeps the resort well-maintained and clean with excellent service and cleanliness. Some guests suggested that there was room for improvement in the cleanliness of toilets near the pool area and near the restaurant, as well as the stables near the playing area. Additionally, a few guests noticed some dust, cobwebs and hairballs in their rooms upon arrival. However, overall, the resort was clean and well-maintained. The towels are changed every 3 days and some guests noted that the shower was small and not entirely enclosed with water going out from every angle. Some guests also found the toilet flushings to be noisy. Finally, a few guests had mixed experiences with cleanliness, noting that there were odors or unclean linens in their rooms, while others found the cleanliness to be excellent.

Staff

Leano Agriresort has an incredibly helpful and friendly staff with special mentions for Nawal at the reception who went above and beyond in customer service. The Tunisian/Arabic staff were also accommodating and made guests feel welcome. The team was always available to help with anything and provided great recommendations. The standard of customer care was exceptional with the staff making guests feel more like friends than customers. The staff's consideration provided a high level of service and contributed to a wonderful stay. The staff spoke multiple languages, including English and French and were knowledgeable about the local area. Despite one unpleasant encounter with the lifeguard, guests had nothing but positive things to say about the helpful and competent staff. Overall, the staff of Leano Agriresort added greatly to the enjoyment of guests' stay.

Pool

Leano Agriresort boasts a beautiful pool area, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Guests enjoyed swimming in the pool, which was kept clean and well-maintained. The sulfuric swimming pool was a great attraction and the outdoor pool seemed nice. Families had a great time by the pool which was surrounded by beautiful scenery and even a playing area. The pool area was referred to as captivating and magnificent. However, a few negative reviews mentioned that the pool area was shared with non-guests, which ruined the serene vibe of the resort. Some guests complained about the strict rules implemented by the lifeguard, requiring guests to wear swimming caps, but the resort provided them if needed. Despite these few negative reviews, the atmosphere by the pool was referred to as relaxing and enchanting and guests highly recommended this resort.

Romantic

Plus, some lucky guests were even upgraded to have a jacuzzi bath in their room for an extra touch of luxury (though they admit it made taking quick showers a bit tricky!). The gardens are stunning with a very romantic ambiance in the evenings. And the view from the balcony overlooking the olive groves and hills is simply breathtaking. The rooms themselves are beautifully decorated and very romantic. And if you’re looking for something a bit more eventful, they even have horses and a playground on site.
