The hotel itself is very pretty and the food is good. They even welcomed us with live music upon arrival. However, some guests have complained about poor customer service and lack of information upon arrival. Additionally, when the tide is low, guests can't swim in the ocean.

Overall though, the beach is amazing and one of the most beautiful we've been to. It's the perfect location for anyone who wants to enjoy the clear waters of Phi Phi Island and the private beach and stunning position on the beach make it even more special. Just be aware that the tide heavily affects the bay and some guests have had issues with not enough recliners and umbrellas on the beachfront.
