The pool areas are lovely and well-maintained. The sandy and clean beach is safe for kids, although some guests noted issues with the sea water quality and a strong smell of diesel from the nearby boat channel. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, even assisting a family member with mobility challenges. However, the hotel is located on a hill, so there are many stairs to get to the restaurant, pool or beach which may not be suitable for those with young children. Overall, guests are sure to have a great time at this hotel with multiple beautiful outdoor pools and a wonderful sandy beach that gently slopes into the sea.
