The pool is a nice size and kept very clean with lovely water temperature. Guests particularly enjoyed the heated indoor and outdoor pools, which were fantastic and the outdoor pool was heated to a perfect temperature. The spa, sauna and wellness area were the highlight of the hotel with excellent facilities that were clean, quiet and most importantly- relaxing. While some guests were disappointed that the outside pool closed at 6pm, others praised the great pool and spa facilities. Breakfast and pool time were a popular combination and both indoor and outdoor pools received positive reviews. Overall, the Carlyon Bay Hotel and Spa has great facilities for guests to enjoy.
