Hotel Las Terrazas & Suite enjoys an ideal location that seamlessly blends convenience and tranquility. Positioned adjacent to the highway and just a 10-minute drive from Granada city center, guests can easily access attractions such as the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. This strategic locale makes it an excellent choice for both tourists and business travelers. The quiet atmosphere, despite proximity to major roads, ensures a restful stay, complemented by free, easy parking. The property's cleanliness and modern facilities bolster its appeal for road trippers and those exploring Granada's surroundings.
Guests find the breakfast at the hotel bar and restaurant tasty and a good value, despite its simplicity. However, there are some drawbacks, including limited options and the necessity to go to a separate café, which sometimes offers a subpar experience. While breakfast quality can vary, the hotel's bar and restaurant generally receive positive feedback.
Dining experiences at the hotel's restaurant are mostly favorable with guests praising the great food, good prices and excellent service, although occasional comments highlight limited menu choices and varying service levels. The presence of a nearby café offers additional dining options, albeit with mixed reviews.
The hotel features spacious, modern rooms that are typically clean and well-soundproofed, ensuring a quiet, comfortable stay. While most guests appreciate the contemporary design and cleanliness, a few point out minor maintenance issues and a lack of basic amenities like kettles and refrigerators. Despite these, the overall room quality is commendable.
Cleanliness is a standout feature of Hotel Las Terrazas & Suite, frequently mentioned in reviews as immaculate. The modern and comfortable atmosphere is consistently highlighted, though some reviews mention a few missing amenities that could enhance the overall experience.
Staff receive mixed reviews with numerous guests commending their friendly and helpful demeanor, especially the reception team. However, language barriers and occasional reports of rudeness indicate areas for improvement. Generally, the staff's attentiveness and efficiency contribute positively to the guest experience.
Wi-Fi performance is inconsistent; while some guests report strong and reliable connections, others face challenges with poor or unavailable service. Parking, on the other hand, is a notable strength with ample, free and secure options praised by many guests.
Lastly, the bedding at the hotel is highly rated with numerous guests enjoying comfortable and restful sleep thanks to quality mattresses. Nonetheless, pillow comfort varies and may benefit from improvement, though the overall sleep experience, aided by blackout curtains, is positively highlighted.

BS Principe Felipe presents as an affordable option, offering good value for money. Guests have noted that the hotel could better align with three-star standards, as currently it feels more akin to a guesthouse with minimal care. The price point of 63€ is generally seen as reasonable for what is offered. Despite its older appearance and facilities, it still provides a satisfactory experience for those seeking budget accommodation. Overall, the hotel manages to meet basic expectations, making it a decent choice for cost-conscious travelers.
