The staff is friendly and the facilities are fantastic. Although some guests had issues with the check-in process and the breakfast, overall, this hotel is one of the best they have stayed in during their travels. The villas may need some renovation, but the personal and communication of the staff make up for it. While some guests may not consider it a true five-star experience, they still highly recommend this hotel for its value and exceptional service.
