The hot springs pools are a particular highlight - guests loved relaxing in them until late at night while taking in the views of the Arenal volcano. And there are so many pools to choose from, including an outdoor pool, infinity pool and even a pool water slide for the kids. The grounds are lush and the landscaping is beautiful and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy on the property - including a variety of pools, an outdoor pool, an infinity pool and a pool water slide. While some reviewers noted that the pools could be cleaner, overall guests were blown away by the facilities - some even called the pools and springs "amazing," "spectacular," and "incredible." Plus, you can order food and beverages while you relax in the pools and there's a bar area where you can enjoy hot springs and a drink. While some guests noted that the lava rocks in the middle of some of the pools can be a hazard, overall the spring water is very relaxing. And despite the odd negative comment, the vast majority of reviews for this aspect of the hotel are overwhelmingly positive.

However, some guests weren't impressed with staff allowing vaping and music at the pool, which can be a nuisance for others. Nevertheless, the pools are attractive and the pool bars' service was pleasant and attentive. Overall, Nayara Springs offers lots of pool areas with fabulous thermal-water and stunning natural hot springs - les eaux volcaniques - perfect for a rejuvenating vacation.
