Very Good
Location
The location of the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino is highly praised by guests who have stayed there. It is conveniently located in the center of everything with beautiful beaches and many restaurants, shops and activities nearby. The hotel is opposite to many restaurants and shops and within easy walking distance to everything, which makes it perfect for folks who don't want to rent a car. The hotel is also perfectly located on the strip with Starbucks nearby and readily available cabs. Overall, the location and appearance of the hotel are excellent and it is one of the nicer hotels in the Palm Beach area.

Breakfast
The breakfast experience at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino has a mix of positive and negative reviews. Many guests enjoyed the brunch style breakfast that was offered at the hotel. Guests also appreciated Eduardo's at the neighboring Playa Linda Resort for their breakfast and smoothie options. The breakfast restaurant was in a great location and the service was exceptional. The food was described as good, but some guests felt that the options were limited and overpriced. There was also a lack of an al a carte menu and some guests found the buffet to have cold food. Others recommended trying the Dutch pancakes across the street for a cheaper and delicious alternative. Guests also mentioned that the food and beverages overall were very pricey. The breakfast options were described as very American-oriented.

Rooms
If you're looking for a luxurious stay in Aruba, the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino might be your perfect spot. Though some reviews complain about the size of the balcony, others rave about the beautiful rooms with nice views. The resort itself is well-maintained and reviewers highlight the cleanliness and up-to-date style of the rooms. Some guests recommend booking a higher level room for the best experience. Though some reviewers found the rooms to be basic for the price, others describe them as beautiful, clean and newly renovated. The one consistent complaint seems to be about the comfort of the beds. But don't let that stop you from booking a room at this nice resort overall.

Cleanliness
The Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino is a lovely place to stay for those who value cleanliness and great service. The staff is friendly and the hotel has good Covid protocols in place, including onsite PCR testing. The entire property is well-maintained and beautiful with lovely flora and a koi pond. The grounds are impeccable and guests praised the excellent job cleaning the rooms each day. The hotel is very clean and updated, making it a desirable place to stay. While there were some minor complaints about the lack of complete openness of the windows and the high prices for alcoholic beverages, overall guests felt that everything was perfect.

Staff
The staff at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino were exceptional according to guest reviews. Travelers found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional throughout their stay. The front desk and concierge were particularly highlighted with Paola from the concierge service standing out as a true gem for her expert knowledge and exceptional customer service. The hotel's Covid protocols were also praised, as was the on-site PCR testing. However, a few guests noted some unfriendly or unhelpful staff members, particularly at the beach towel/chair station and in the restaurant. Overall, the majority of guests found the staff to be the best feature of the resort with friendly and courteous service enhancing their stay.

Pool
The Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino boasts a wonderful pool area with a fun water slide for kids and a separate pool and lounge area for adults. Guests can also enjoy access to the beach, multiple pools and dining options. The infinity pool is great with clear warm water and there is always staff available to set up your chair and make sure you have everything you need. While the towel reservation process for pool chairs may be frustrating, there are options for renting palapas at the beach. Overall, the pools and beach areas are perfect for families as my daughter had a blast in the waterslide and pool and played with other kids staying there. The only downside might be that the kids pool shouldn't have a bar.

Beach
The Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino boasts a stunning, pristine, white sand beach that is undoubtedly the highlight of any stay. Guests loved the beach and the availability of palapas for shade. The resort is situated on the best part of Palm Beach and there are outstanding restaurant and snack options within walking distance. Beach amenities and water sports are second to none on the island. Renting palapas was never an issue and water sports rentals were readily available. The beach is perfect for fun in the sun and swimming in the clear blue waters. Even though the beach can get crowded, guests found the area to be friendly and room service was available on the beach. Guests thoroughly enjoyed their time on the beach at Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino.

Family
Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino is a great family vacation spot with plenty of activities for kids to enjoy. Despite the towel reservation process being a nuisance, the resort is very family-friendly and has a festive outside bar area for a fun lunch with great food and happy hour music. Whether you rent a palapa or not, getting a spot at the beach or the pool is never an issue. While some guests caution against traveling to Aruba with kids, others had a great vacation watching their children play in the waterslide and pool and make new friends. Overall, the pools, rooms and common areas are great for families.

4 Star
The Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino is a four-star hotel that promises exceptional service and facilities, according to confirmed guest reviews. Most guests enjoyed their stay, describing it as very good and superb. Some guests noted that they were nickel and dimed, but overall, the hotel seems to have scored high marks in their reviews with ratings ranging between 8 to 9 out of 10. Others used phrases such as "heerlijk" (Dutch for delicious), "descanso total" (total relaxation) and "un resort in cui tornerei!" (a resort I would return to). With these positive phrases in mind, it’s clear that the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino is a perfect place for a memorable vacation experience.
