They are very accommodating towards furry friends and children with a nice pool area and plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The new building rooms have a beautiful design and the wellness area is a highlight loved by the kids. They provide extra mattresses and even allow small dogs in the rooms. However, some guests noted that the sofa beds for children were a bit uncomfortable and that the children's portions were too small. The hotel is hundefreundlich (dog-friendly) with great staff and many activities for all ages. While the play area for kids could use some updates and one guest notes some noise disturbances, the overall experience of this hotel is highly recommended.
