While some guests found the dated 90s decor and lack of character to be a downside, others enjoyed the great location and lovely food provided by the hotel. However, some felt that the hotel was overpriced and not what they expected with very small rooms at an expensive price. While the spa was not fully functioning and some areas felt run down, overall guests had a reasonable stay and felt that they got what they paid for. However, some were very disappointed and found the hotel to be awful and not value for money. The reception area and corridors were described as tired and in need of updating.
