What impressed us the most was the excellent cleanliness of the hotel with the cleaning lady coming in daily to change the towels, bedding and tidy up the apartment. The linens and towels were spotlessly clean and even dazzling white. The hotel owner was also very helpful and accommodating, arranging flexible and thorough cleaning services upon request. The apartment was well-maintained and had everything needed, except for a showerhead holder that was missing. While the photos on booking.com made the room appear more spacious, we still found it very comfortable and quiet despite its central location. Guests also enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine and water in the fridge upon arrival. Overall, the hotel's hygiene and service exceeded expectations, making our stay a delightful one.
