It's an exclusive, boutique hotel that offers a high level of service and a beautiful, family-friendly accommodation that will make you feel truly pampered. However, some guests felt that the high-priced accommodation was not enough for a 5-star resort and that luxury shouldn't belong to this hotel. While the all-around facilities and amenities are nice, some guests felt that the rooms were not worth the cost compared to their stays in other premium hotels.
