Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Rex Milano is highly recommended for its strategic location, exceptional cleanliness and friendly staff, making it a practical choice for travelers. While situated slightly outside Milan's bustling center, the hotel is near the Corvetto metro station and bus stops, offering seamless connections to the city. Its serene, quiet environment and nearby supermarkets add to the convenience. Ideal for those visiting the Italian Institute of Oncology (IEO), the hotel also provides convenient parking, despite some concerns about its cost and size.
Guests commend the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, often described as tidy with welcoming decor and well-maintained bathrooms. The hotel maintains high cleanliness standards in both communal areas and individual rooms, contributing to a pleasant and satisfying stay.
The staff receives consistent praise for their friendliness, kindness and helpfulness, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. The reception team is noted for their responsiveness and excellent recommendations, leaving a lasting positive impression on guests.
While breakfast at Hotel Rex Milano has room for improvement with some guests finding it lacking in variety and ending too early, the freshly made coffee and table service are appreciated highlights. Extending breakfast hours and offering more diverse options could enhance the experience.
In summary, Hotel Rex Milano offers excellent value for its price with a convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms and exceptional staff, making it a highly recommended option for visitors to Milan.
