The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The plush and cozy beds are a standout feature, offering a comfortable base for a good night's sleep at a reasonable price. While some guests found the decor a bit tired and the lift claustrophobic, the overall experience was enjoyable and the hotel served its purpose as a convenient and pleasant place to stay while touring the Isle of Man.
