Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The Kinmel & Kinspa boasts a beautiful pool and spa, which some guests found to be a lovely treat during their stay. One reviewer unfortunately had a negative experience when their friend slipped on the pool stairs and broke three ribs, resulting in an extended stay. However, for other guests, the pool and sauna area were fantastic with the spa pool being a highlight. The jacuzzi received mixed reviews with some guests finding it great while others thought it was cold. The pool itself is small, which some found not ideal for swimming, but others enjoyed using it once or twice during their stay. While the pool area could benefit from more beds and better lighting, the overall consensus is that the spa was a good addition to the hotel. Guests did note that there was only one hour of pool and sauna use available each day and some were unable to use the spa pool due to high demand. Despite this, for those looking for a relaxing getaway with spa facilities, The Kinmel & Kinspa may be a good choice for their stay.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The Quay Hotel and Spa boasts a good-sized swimming pool that guests can enjoy at no extra cost, along with other facilities such as a steam room and sauna. However, some guests noted that the hydrotherapy pool was not as expected, as it was not a hot tub. While some guests found the pool a bit too cold for their liking, others found it to be the perfect spot for relaxation. Unfortunately, insufficient seating and a lack of loungers made the pool area less comfortable than it could be. Additionally, some guests were disappointed to find that family swim times were limited. Nevertheless, many guests enjoyed the location and beautiful views of the Castle and appreciated the easy access to the pool through the spa side. Overall, the pool and sauna facilities, while not perfect, were a highlight for many guests who stayed at the hotel.
