However, a few mentioned that the private beach is small and cramped while others complained about having to pay for beach beds. Some guests were disappointed as the beachfront was not as advertised and it was either public or noisy due to children screaming and playing all day. Despite this, guests appreciated the friendly personnel on the beach and the fact that the hotel provided sun loungers and umbrellas for free. Nevertheless, some travelers were unhappy that they had to pay for the beach even though it belonged to the hotel. Overall, the hotel's beach service was described as excellent, convenient with a nice view of the mountains and within close proximity to nearby restaurants and two public beaches.
