Some guests found the rooms a little dated and not fully cleaned, while others mentioned the uncomfortable stay and old carpet smell. However, the hotel is safe, clean and the pool is a bit small, but it didn't stop the visitors from taking a dip. Even though the food at the restaurant was overpriced and there was no complimentary breakfast, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Nevertheless, most guests agreed that for the rate paid, the hotel didn't quite meet the expectations of Hilton's usual standard, although it was passable.
