The pool, while described as small by many visitors, is praised for being peaceful, clean and well-maintained. Guests appreciate the added touch of a jacuzzi and a sauna, which enhance the relaxation experience. Although the pool is small, it was often highlighted as not overly crowded, providing an adequate space for a quiet swim.
The pool facilities are complemented by their warm and well-kept condition with some guests noting the pleasant water temperature. However, there are mixed reviews regarding water temperature with some mentioning the pool can be cold, particularly unpleasant during winter. The accompanying sauna and jacuzzi facilities received positive feedback, though the strict operational hours, usually closing around 8 PM to 8:30 PM, were a noted inconvenience for some.
The indoor pool area is sufficient for swimming and adds to the overall wellness offerings of the hotel, making it a valuable feature even when the weather outside is poor. Despite a few criticisms about the lack of heating and operational gaps in the spa section, the pool and associated amenities provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for most visitors.

If you're looking for a family-friendly hotel with plenty of options for the kids, Hotel Mrągowo Resort&Spa might just be the perfect spot. With indoor and outdoor pools, children's pools, water slides and plenty of green space to play in, you'll have no trouble keeping the little ones entertained. The pools are generally nice and there's a huge selection of attractions for the kids, but be prepared for some issues with maintenance - some guests have reported issues with lighting in the pool area, for example. That being said, the hotel staff are generally accommodating and there are plenty of other things to do if the pools aren't your thing. There's a beautiful terrace with great views and you'll find plenty of play areas and activities for kids both indoors and out. Despite some minor issues, if you're traveling with children and want to keep them entertained and happy, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
