Summary of reviews related to the 'Parking' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Madison & Shenandoah Conference Center offers a well-regarded parking experience with many guests highlighting the good parking garage in close proximity to James Madison University (JMU). The covered and secure nature of the parking adds an extra layer of convenience and safety, appreciated by many visitors. The parking garage is often described as easy to use and accessible with direct connection to the hotel ensuring seamless transition from car to accommodation.
Despite these positives, there are mentions of a few drawbacks. A handful of guests found the layout of the parking deck and ramp to be a bit awkward or tricky to navigate. Additionally, the cold weather can make the walk from the garage to the hotel less pleasant. Most notably, some guests mentioned a hidden fee for parking and the inconvenience of paid parking, which they found disappointing.
Overall, while the parking facility is praised for its convenience, security and proximity, the additional cost for parking remains a minor point of contention among guests.
