The junior suite is highly recommended and the renovated rooms are beautiful, despite some being located on the main road. The breakfast is excellent, varied and of high quality. The relaxation area is well equipped and perfect for a good time. The staff is welcoming and attentive to guests' needs. The location of the parking is convenient. The hotel has a large and nice room with a kitchenette. Some guests received a free upgrade to a larger room as well. The view of the Vosges mountains is fantastic and it is possible to have dinner on the terrace while enjoying a magnificent view. Negative reviews included some dinner dishes being tough and unimpressive comments from the server and the spa and wellness area being a bit of a letdown with all massages and beauty treatments being fully booked. However, the hotel definitely deserves its four-star rating, though air conditioning would be a useful addition. The only drawback mentioned by some guests was the slow Wi-Fi speed.
